Due to various staff outages related to the COVID-19 situation, order shipments may be delayed by our fulfillment partners. If you are in the US or Canada and have not received a shipping notification within 10 days of placing your order, please submit a ticket HERE, and we would be happy to contact the appropriate fulfillment partner on your behalf.
With the exception of Asian orders, orders are submitted to our fulfillment partners in batches on Sunday and Wednesday evenings by 6:00PMCDT, and we are unable to process any order alterations once they have been forwarded. If your order was placed after 6:00PMCDT on Sunday or Wednesday, your order will be held until the next batch is forwarded.
Processing time for an order would depend on where you are located. You will receive a dispatch notification via email when your order is sent, and all orders are sent out with tracking information when applicable.

Domestic orders are currently batched-processed by Quartermaster Logistics within 24 hours of receipt from us, and are shipped via FedEx. Transit times can vary between 4 and 10 working days, depending on the final destination.
Items with the descriptor stating that they "may be shipped from another location" are usually sent from our main office within 2-3 days of the order's placement.
Canadian order fulfillment is a bit odd right now, and depends on the product being ordered.
Orders containing Too Many Bones, Undertow and Cloudspire items are currently being processed by Quartermaster Logistics, and are forwarded once a week to Quartermaster's Canadian FedEx location and shipped out in-country, in order to avoid customer VAT/customs charges.
All other orders are currently being batch-processed by D6 Publishing Resources, our Canadian fulfillment partner, Transit times can vary between 5 and 15 working days, depending on the final destination.
Orders are batch-processed by FHB, our European fulfillment partner, within 24 hours of receipt from us. A variety of couriers are used depending on the destination country, and transit times usually vary between 3 and 10 working days depending on the country and courier used.
UK, non-EU, and Rest of World
Orders are batch-processed by Spiral Galaxy Games in the UK within 2 working days of receipt from us. A variety of couriers are used depending on the destination country, and transit times usually vary between 4 and 20 working days depending on the destination and courier used.
Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania
Orders are currently being batch-processed by Aetherworks 1-2 within working days of receipt from us.
Transit times can vary between 5 and 15 working days, depending on the order destination.
These orders are currently being batch-processed by VFI within 2-3 days of receipt from us. Orders are forwarded to them every FRIDAY. Orders are packed by VFI and then batch-forwarded to a distribution hub located in the destination country, who will ship the order to the customer.
Transit times can vary between 15 and 140 working days, depending on the order destination.
