This is due to the fact that orders on our website have to be updated manually.
When the orders have been processed and shipped, we are either copied on your dispatch notifications, or receive a spreadsheet with dispatched information. We then go into our order system and update the order status. Since this is a manual process, it can take 24-48 hours for orders to be fully updated after they have been dispatched.
Why is my order still listed as "Awaiting Processing" when I have received a shipping notification?
