Does Parasitic Influence let you do the Parasite ability twice, or just once but in an adjacent region? (twice)
When you have this feat, you get to choose a region that the Ooglan occupy, defeat a basic troop there, and and a Horde from the discard to that region. Then, you get to defeat a basic troop and add a Horde from the discard to a different region adjacent to the initial region. The Ooglan do not need to occupy this second region.
